Support for Adults in the Beaver Scout Section
In this section of the site you will find additional ideas to help run your Colony from week to week and term to term, along with hints and tips for organising events.
This section is designed to supplement the information given in the publications Scouting essentials, Colony essentials and Colony programmes.
Supporters of the Section will also find some useful tools to target the local support offered to Colony Leadership Teams.

Organise a Beaver Scout Sleepover
The publication Nights Away contains a lot of useful advice for running Beaver Scout Sleepovers and Family Camps, but in addition to this section will grow to contain more tips, tricks and traps when organisation a residential experience for your Beavers.
Vists and Days Out
Outings and visits are an important part of the Beaver Scout Programme. The Colony Leadership team is encouraged to offer at least one day or evening visit in each three to four month planning cycle and a variety of types of visit during the two years that an individual child is in the Colony.
