Beaver Scouts should be given the chance to enjoy the outdoors and sample different adventurous activities, whilst perhaps learning some Scouting skills. This zone is relevant for both urban and rural Beaver Scouts Colonies.

Sample activities include:

• Adventurous Activities
• Sports
• Day trips
• Hikes
• Sleepover
• Other similar activities

The Outdoor Challenge can be achieved in this zone.

Being in the outdoors and taking part in adventurous activities is fundamental to Scouting and play a big part in the other five zones.
