Through this zone, Beaver Scouts will find out about the community in which they live, and how they contribute to it. They will also learn about local people, places and facilities.

Sample activities include:

• Simple First Aid
• meeting people from the local community
• Visits to interesting places
• Knowing the Scouting family
• Appreciating others' Special Needs
