In the Fitness Zone your Cub Scouts will get the chance to:
- understand how their body works
- know how to keep fit and healthy
- take part in a variety of fitness activities
- discover their physical capability.
You can help your Cub Scouts to set personal targets and encourage them to reach them. For example, you might try to help a Cub Scout who is afraid of water by gradually helping them overcome their fear, a step at a time.
