Here are a couple of example letters which you might find useful as a starting point when producing your own. Feel free to lift them completely if you wish!

• newmember.doc [Microsoft Word] The first one is for 'The County/Area' - may be Commissioner or Administrator - to send to new members.
• desa.doc [Microsoft Word] The second is a sample letter for the County/Area Scout Network Administrator to send to District Explorer Scout Administrators. This is designed to aid and ease transition from Explorer Scouting to the Scout Network.
