The Relationships Programme Zone is about learning to live and work with other people. The Zone is not just about developing and working in relationships in your Network, but about providing skills and attitudes needed to work with many different people now and in the future, many of whom may not be your friends. It is not just about team building, but about challenging perceptions and stereotypes.

The Relationships Programme Zone will offer you the opportunity to develop:

• your ability to work in different groupings
• your understanding of gender identities and cultural heritage
• your understanding of Equal Opportunities issues and how they affect you
• the skills and attitudes you need to work closely with other people
• the ability to make relationships and communicate with different groupings.

We will soon be launching an ideas database, containing programme ideas that you may find useful planning activities from this Zone.
