This booking system enables you to book one or more Scouting 2007 Centenary events.

or if you already have a booking reference that you would like to view details of and/or edit, enter the reference here. This code will have been sent to you in the confirmation email.

One person can book several tickets and pay on-line. Once the booking is made you can enter your party members' individual details at your leisure.

To view details of a previous booking and make amendments to personal details - enter the booking code in the box above.

Process

This is the process you will follow; if at anytime you need assistance, please call the Information Centre on 0845 300 1818.

1. Select the accommodation package you wish to book for.
2. Enter the number of people.
3. If you wish add more packages or
4. Enter the main contact's details
5. Enter payment details.
6. View booking summary.
7. View the details of each package (Click on DETAILS) to select personal options including dietary requirements.
8. Enter each person's personal contact details/Next of kin/Medical and dietary requirements.

At any time you may leave the system and return to it later - all you need to do is make a note of your booking reference.

Refund Policy

There is a £100 non-refundable deposit which must be paid to confirm your booking. Cancellation by the participant after Jan 07 incurs charges on a sliding scale. See the terrms and conditions.
