The Village is adjacent to the beach and surrounded by open countryside with the South Downs inland. This quiet park has a heated outdoor pool with a separate children's pool and a tennis court. As there is only very limited entertainment, there is plenty of opportunity to pass the time in a more leisurely style or have a drink or a meal in the Stag's Head. A short drive away is the famous cathedral City of Chichester and its famous Festival Theatre.

This site is flat and access to the beach and esplanade is a matter of yards from our caravan, with Burnham town centre only a short walk away. This is a good location for exploring Somerset but you do not have to leave the site to enjoy your holiday. Active and leisurely pursuits are well catered for and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are excellent. Both children's and adult entertainment are well served and there are fishing lakes on site. Like all British Holidays sites, Burnham-on-Sea has unrivalled self-catering facilities to help make your holiday easier, or snacks and hot meals are available throughout the day. One caravan with wheel-in shower, wheelchair height kitchen units, double glazed & centrally heated.

This British Holidays village has something for everyone with indoor and outdoor pools, fishing lakes, golf course, pitch 'n' putt, and bowling green, as well as children's clubs for ages up to 16+ and family evening entertainment. There is a fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway as well as a restaurant, and its own Ferry Boat Inn. The village is adjacent to a nature reserve, and Clacton with its seaside fun is not far away.

At this Haven All-Action centre - young and old - you'll never lack for amusement whether in the heated outdoor pool, the pleasure of the indoor fun pool, the children's Fun Palace and clubs for children aged 1 to 16+. For contrast, you can take it easy in the Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant, enjoy shows at Capone's Adult Cabaret Club or the family entertainment Holidaymaker Complex. There is a doctor's surgery on the Park. A wonderful private sandy beach is down a steep slope.

Situated at the end of the promenade this Haven All-Action centre is the perfect place for a fun packed family holiday. Our caravan overlooks the sand dunes and beach. There are superb indoor and outdoor facilities for everyone as well as clubs for children from 5 to 16+, and a full programme of evening entertainment. Nearby is the Great Yarmouth Race Course (horse racing June-September), Sea Life Centre, Joyland Children's Fun Park, Fritton Lake Country World and Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park.

Sea and shining sands a few yards away and the Brecon Beacons for neighbours amid the scenic delights of Wales. Here, you have all you could ask for to make a great holiday either young or old. There is endless fun for children in the indoor fun pool with flume and spa bath, play areas, and clubs for 5 to 16+ year olds. Families can take part in many indoor and outdoor games. There is an excellent restaurant, the Red Dragon pub with its conservatory and terrace, a take-away, and shop.

This cliff top site offers marvellous views over both the Solent and the adjoining coast. The whole area abounds with places of interest, and is close to the New Forest. On site, a self-service shop aids self-catering and there is a cafeteria with take-away, as well as an excellent restaurant, family licensed club and a hairdresser. Tennis, outdoor games, an outdoor heated pool (during the main season) and an indoor leisure pool are there to be enjoyed. Children have an adventure playground, paddling pool and Sammy Seahorse Club.

Nestling in the hillside and enjoying panoramic views across the valley to the sea, this holiday centre offers a high standard of holiday facilities. Children have their own adventure playground, paddling pool and Seahorse Club, and grown-ups are spoiled with a great range of holiday fun, sporting facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bars and live evening entertainment. There is a leisure centre close by. If in an adventurous mood, Dartmoor's wild acres and old coastal towns are there to explore.

Rockley Park Holiday Park Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset BH15 4LZ

On the shore of Poole Harbour, virtually an inland sea, this is the place for activities in, on and under the water where even beginners can have their first lessons in sub-aqua and sailing. There are outdoor and indoor heated pools, too. This British Holidays park has entertainment for all ages; unrivalled self-catering facilities from a fish and chip shop to a bakery and from a launderette to a gift shop and supermarket. You can explore Poole Old Town, Poole Pottery, Bournemouth, picturesque Dorset and the New Forest. Brownsea Island, where the first ever Scout Camp took place in 1907, is easily accessible.

This is a Haven All-Action park on the beautiful North Wales coast. For youngsters, it's a dream holiday spot with children's clubs for 1 to 16+. Adults are spoilt for choice too, with heated indoor pool, snooker room, and other amusements. There is top quality cabaret in the Dunes Family Entertainment Club. You will find a family diner, bistro and a fish and chip shop, restaurant and bars. The Everydays Convenience Store is on the park and includes an off-licence and bakery, plus a gift shop. All this within reach of Snowdonia and North Wales.

Pentewan Sands Holiday Park St Austell, Cornwall PL26 6BT

This family park is at the back of its own private sandy beach and has a heated outdoor pool, crazy golf course, games room, shop, Beach Club for snacks, bars and entertainment during the high season. For children there is a separate pool and play area. The hire shop facilities give the chance to enjoy fishing, sailing or other water sports, and you can hire a bicycle. There are good coastal footpath walks too. Nearby are the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.

Low Skirlington Leisure Park Skipsea, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 8SY

This family-run hilltop park offers a great selection of holiday fun including an indoor heated pool with sauna and solarium, a fishing lake, putting green, children's games, junior discos and competitions are among the options available, and it is a short walk to sandy beaches and exhilarating sea bathing. The Tow Bar Inn offers you a choice of bars with a variety of entertainment and a restaurant. On Sundays there is a market adjacent to the park. To tour the beautiful surroundings and nearby resorts as well as York, a car is necessary.
