You can read more about the Scout Network logo in the PDF Scout Network design notes. Note this is taken directly from the Scouting essentials CD and the bitmap image filenames may differ on the website.

The images on these pages are GIF images, you can read them in a number of applications, you will be able to view them in your web-browser, or use them in later versions of Microsoft Office products. To save the image right-click on the image and choose the "Save image as..." option.
