If it is required to change the registration of a Group or to amalgamate with another Group, Form C2 must be submitted to Headquarters by the District Secretary.

Changes in the composition of a Group made by the addition or loss of Sections do not necessitate a change of registration.

Such changes are made with the approval of the District Commissioner after consultation with the District Executive Committee and the Sponsoring Authority, if appropriate.
