AMENDMENT: Addition of District Scout Network.
The County Scout Network Commissioner is responsible for the detailed programme of Network. They are supported by County and District Scout Network Leaders.
They should take account of the special needs of individual Members, the Balanced Programme, and badges where appropriate, and the Section's method as outlined in current Section Handbooks.
Attention must be paid to the requirements of safety and to any Rules governing activities.
