Rule 11.1: Applications for Awards, Decorations and Recognition of Service

AMENDMENT:  Additional reference to TSA0 numbers for forms.
  1. Applications for Scout awards, decorations and recognition of service are initiated by a District or County Commissioner.

  1. Application forms, as listed below, detail the necessary qualifications and the administrative procedure and may be obtained by these Commissioners or by District or County Secretaries from the Scout Information Centre:

    • Form TSA06/GS - Application for Award for Good Service to the Movement;

    • Form TSA07/CGM - Application for Cornwell Scout Badge, application for Award for Meritorious Conduct and application for Award for Gallantry;

    • Form TSA05/L - Application for Service Certificate and Long Service Decoration.

  1. Before completing an Application Form, District and County Commissioners are advised to consult the guidelines Applying for Decorations and Awards, available from the Scout Information Centre.
