Rule 10.1: Protection of Uniforms

  1. The Movement's uniforms are protected under the Chartered Associations (Protection of Names and Uniforms) Act 1926.

  1. It is unlawful for persons not entitled as Members of the Movement to wear them, except for the purposes of entertainment and then only provided that they are not brought into contempt.
