Rule 3.30: Local Appointments (non-elected)

AMENDMENT:  amended Jan 2006 due to change from Activity Authorisation Schemes to Activity Permit Scheme.
  1. Local appointments (other than elected appointments) are made by the person or body specified in the table below. Such appointments do not take effect until all the approvals and any consultation required by the table have been undertaken or obtained.
