Rule 4.15: The Formation and Closure of District Scout Networks

AMENDMENT: Addition of District Scout Network.

The opening and closing of Scout Networks is the responsibility of the County Commissioner in consultation with the County Scout Network Commissioner and appropriate District Commissioner.
