Registration is valid only until the 31 March of the calendar year following the issue of the Certificate of Registration.

Registration must be renewed annually by completing and submitting an annual registration and census return as directed by Headquarters. Registration renewal also requires the payment of the Headquarters Membership Subscription and any District or County Membership Subscriptions payable.
