POR: Chapter 4: The Scout District

Rule 4.17: Changes in District Registration

If it is required to change the registration of a District or to amalgamate it with another District application must be made to Headquarters by the County Secretary.

Such changes are made with the approval of the County Commissioner after consultation with the County Executive Committee.
