AMENDMENT: Addition of District Scout Network.
District Scout Networks are not autonomous organisations. They are part of a Scout District, which acts as the District Scout Network.s parent body.
Scout Districts delegate some authority to the District Scout Network to allow them to hold property and equipment and admit people to membership of the District Scout Network subject to the policy and rules of The Scout Association.
The District Scout Network is led by the District Scout Network Leader and managed by a committee of its Members and Leader acting together. The committee is accountable to the District Scout Council for the satisfactory running of the District Scout Network.
