AMENDMENT: Addition of District Scout Network.
Any other District approved activity that is not an independent charity (eg a District Scout Network, an Explorer Scout Unit, a District Scout Fellowship, District Scout Show, Campsite, Badge Secretary) must itself administer sums allocated to it by the District Executive Committee.
Subscriptions paid by Members of any District Scout Network, Explorer Scout Unit, Scout Fellowship or other activity within a Scout District or on their behalf must be handed to the District Treasurer or his nominee as soon as possible after receipt
The District Treasurer should make the necessary records and pay the money into the District bank account(s) as soon as practicable.
Each District Scout Network, Explorer Scout Unit, Scout Fellowship or other activity must keep proper cash account(s) which must be produced, together with supporting vouchers and the cash balance, to the District Treasurer at least once in each period of three months.
