The Balanced Programme - Refinements January 2008
Since our training resources were written some updates and improvements have been made to the Balanced Programme. This insert provides the detail of these changes. It is designed to be read alongside the trainers notes for Module 3: Tools for the job (Section Leaders), Module 4: Tools for the job (Managers), Module 12: Providing a Balanced Programme, and Module 22: Section Support. Please adapt your training session and the materials you use with the updated information.
